We DO NOT REQUIRE A CONTRACT for monitoring, and would rather keep your business through customer satisfaction than by force. Monitoring is NOT REQUIRED for system installation, and as an alternative we can have your system dial your pager at no additional charge. Also, we DO NOT LOCK YOUR SOFTWARE, so if you move or for whatever reason decide to cancel our service, any security company can follow up with installation and/or monitoring without any software roadblocks. We have used Sentry Net for our central station monitoring since 1994, and chose them over several other central stations because of short "on hold" time and when you call you get a person, not a computer.
Security Monitoring: We provide 4 different levels of monitoring for security:

(1) Standard - system dials in only when there is an alarm or trouble with the system. We dispatch the police department in your area for security alarm, and your local fire department for smoke or heat detection.
(2) Daily test - in addition to standard alarm and trouble reporting, the system dials in every day at a pre-programmed time. If our central station misses a signal, we contact you for service.
(3) Openings and closings - in addition to standard alarm and trouble reporting, your system dials each time the system is armed or disarmed. For business owners (or curious homeowners), this allows a report to be mailed or faxed monthly showing all activity. The report is listed by date, time and user.
(4) Supervised openings and closings - this is the highest level of security monitoring we offer. In addition to standard alarm and trouble reporting, the central station calls the premises and asks for a user name and password each time an individual "opens" or disarms the system. If that user is disarming at an inappropriate time, the central station will notify you.

Fire Alarm Monitoring: is available for our business owners who are required to have 24-hour fire alarm dispatch on their fire alarm or fire sprinkler system. Our central station is UL/FM approved for fire alarm monitoring as per NFPA72.
