BBC provides installation and service for all the products we sell and can even install and service systems made by other companies.

On new installations, we use top-of-the-line equipment including:

• DSC series control equipment
• Aleph motion detectors
• Elk interior sirens
• Sentrol door/window contacts
• System Sensor smoke detectors
• Ditek lightning protectors

Our security systems are backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty and come with 12 months of central station monitoring (optional). One of the main benefits of this system is that once you purchase it – you own it. If you move, it moves with you.

Also available are interactive apps for remote view or control of the system. Depending on the type of system you have and what level of interaction you want, this service can be provided by Alarm.com or Telguard.

The interactive services are based on wireless communication to the central station, so no telephone line is required. The interactive service has an automatic connection to the cell phone towers upon activation.
